Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead regional retail bank renovations for a financial services client. This remote role requires up to 25-30% travel across Eastern or Central time zones.

You will manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption. Strong PM leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the business.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, budget, schedule, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFIs/RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all project functions remain on schedule and issues are escalated when needed.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status and ensure clear communication.
