Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out projects for a financial services client. The role is remote with up to 25–30% travel across Eastern or Central time zones, within a PM function handling initiation through completion.

You will manage multi-project coordination, client communications, scope and budget control, and risk management while guiding project teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other PM software.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have broad impact on the business.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities with minimal business disruption.
• Prepare all elements of the project with clients (scope, resources, cost estimates, schedule, quality, risk).
• Define delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline; ensure schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Lead meetings to review status; collaborate to implement solutions.
• Share expertise and mentor others; model values and drive consensus at senior levels.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence stakeholders.
