Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for a financial services client account, overseeing regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The role spans initiation to completion with up to 25-30% travel in Eastern or Central time zones.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate renovations, develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and risk plans, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education considered.
• Financial services client experience required; retail construction program experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the business.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements: scope, resources, cost estimates & budget, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or project qualification process; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines; ensure schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Lead meetings to review status for active and pending projects; guide project team through implementation and completion.
