Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Associate, Program Management to support multiple PMs in coordinating Newbuild and Revitalization projects.

The role involves managing planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal clients and external partners to ensure on-time execution. Ideal candidates have a strong background in project administration, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• 5-6 years of experience in projects administration.
• 4 years in an office administration.
• Cruise industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. PM with post-delivery Newbuilds’ Technical projects, including planning and on-site coordination in Miami.
• Coordinate and track project planning, status reporting and documentation.
• Support budget discussions, forecasting and the budget matrix development.
• Draft meeting minutes and executive status reports for leadership.
• Liaise with onboard teams, shipyards and external partners to ensure deliverables.
• Support project workshops and adoption of standardized reporting methods.
