Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, technically driven projects or programs in maritime, engineering, construction, industrial, or asset‑intensive environments.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex execution details while maintaining alignment with program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑visibility, complex projects from planning through execution and close‑out.
• Manage day‑to‑day scope, schedule, risks, action items, and deliverables for initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, schedules, and tracking tools for timely objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical operations, shipboard teams, shipyards, and vendors to gather inputs and track progress.
• Translate technical inputs into clear program updates and execution tracking.
• Prepare and deliver program updates for senior leadership and executive forums.
• Manage cost, schedule, and risk, coordinating with Finance and Supply Chain.
• Assist in evaluating cost and schedule implications of changes.
