Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami seeks an Associate Manager, Program Management to tactically manage strategic programs and lead a small project team. The role involves coordinating with global partners, developing detailed plans, and driving activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will oversee status reporting, liaise with clients and internal departments, and support senior executives with project updates. Some travel to ships and facilities is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide overall direction to a small team of one to two resources.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain program scope, customer, and executive expectations.
• Develop a clear, detailed plan to ensure program feasibility and on-schedule delivery.
• Lead, coach, and advise the project team, outline milestones and responsibilities.
• Study operational needs to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Act as liaison between client and project team, external partners and internal departments.
• Review status reports, adjust schedules as required.
• Communicate project plan status to stakeholders and core team.
• Coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and reflect current status.
• Track owner supply specification, requisition, and procurement.
• Work with Finance to track budget, cost control, and reporting.
• Lead monthly presentations for senior executives.
• Prepare project reports related to revisions or land projects.
