Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the New Generation program of Newbuilds, revitalization and major vessel projects across corporate brands. You will coordinate with shoreside and shipboard partners to plan, track, and report on complex initiatives within time and budget.

This role requires 6–8 years of experience with 4–5 years in leading a team, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 6-8 years experience, with 4-5 years leading a team.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a medium to large team.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activities; financial acumen.
• Detail oriented with analytical, financial and spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project; familiarity with CAR process and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators for timely project execution.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with shoreside and shipboard teams.
• Track budget forecasts and cost controls; prepare management reports.
• Develop monthly executive presentations and project status updates.
