Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the New Generation program for Newbuilds, revitalization, and technical projects across brands. You will drive planning, reporting, and action recommendations with cross-functional partners aboard ships and shoreside teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, 4–5 years leading a team, and strong financial acumen. Travel up to 10% to ships and yards is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams in complex projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–6 resources responsible for project administration and reporting.
• Oversee project planning, tracking, and status reporting for high-priority initiatives.
• Coordinate with Site and Miami Newbuilding teams to gather and share information.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and forecasting with Finance.
• Prepare monthly presentations for senior executives.
• Travel to ships, shipyards, and vendors up to 10% as needed.
