Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Program Management to oversee the New Generation program for newbuilds, special projects and revitalization efforts. The role collaborates with shoreside and shipboard teams to gather, analyze, and report data, driving action in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business management, industrial engineering, project management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience, with 2–3 years leading a team.
• Strong leadership and proven communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 1–2 resources handling day-to-day admin and reporting.
• Use PM tools to manage scope, milestones, and expectations.
• Outline milestones, work plans, responsibilities, and tracking routines.
• Coordinate information between Site offices and Miami Newbuilding office as liaison.
• Monitor project status and adjust schedules as required.
