Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee the New Generation program for newbuilds, revitalization, and technical projects across brands. You will gather data from shoreside and shipboard teams, drive strategy, and lead complex multi‑department initiatives to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will manage a team, coordinate with Mission Control and executives, and drive continuous improvement in project execution and reporting across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a concentration in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 6-8 years experience with 4-5 years leading a team.
• Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading a medium to large size team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team (1–6) responsible for day‑to‑day project reporting.
• Utilize PM tools and industrial engineering techniques to manage project scope, expectations, and focus.
• Coach teams on goals, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and tracking routines.
• Study operational needs and performance to identify better procedures and efficiency.
• Act as liaison between Site office and Miami Newbuilding office for information sharing.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules and plans as needed, report status to stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly executive reports and present project status and KPIs.
