Job summary

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
  • 3-6 years in a large corporation or consulting environment.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Project management coordination to support development, tracking and reporting of projects from inception to completion.
  • Consult with design, brand, and shipyard teams to implement executive direction.
  • Interface with regional offices and shipyards to align on deliverables.
  • Utilize tools to develop scope, track progress, and report status to executives.
  • Lead meetings, draft status reports and coordinate risk reviews.
  • Analyze data, perform basic numerical analysis, and support problem solving.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure timely close-out of actions.
