Job summary

Ambience Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Ambulatory Coding to own the ambulatory professional coding product from primary care onward, ensuring accurate CPT coding and real‑time writebacks at the point of care.

You will map clinician and coding-team workflows, set the roadmap, and partner with Engineering and Clinical AI to measure outcomes with customers. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco requiring 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Strong written communication and product judgment; capable in ambiguity.
• Based in SF, available to be in the office 3x/week.
• Experience building products for complex healthcare workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ambulatory coding roadmap for primary care and beyond.
• Understand how encounters are documented, coded, reviewed and billed to guide what to build.
• Own the clinician and coding-team experience, from visit recommendations to Epic writebacks.
• Collaborate with ambulatory teams to ensure coding has the right clinical context.
