Qualificações

• Active coding credentials such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS or CPC.
• 3+ years of ambulatory/professional fee coding experience.
• 3+ years of experience with electronic health records and coding systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates, supervises, and oversees daily activities of coding staff to ensure productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations are met.
• Sets team priorities and distributes workloads to ensure completion of short-term objectives.
• Owns team output at the task level and monitors performance against productivity and quality standards.
• Audits coding work, identifies trends, and supports corrective actions to improve accuracy and performance.
• Promotes employee engagement, development, and retention within the team.
