Job summary

Ambience in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ambulatory autonomous coding. You will own the end-to-end product from discovery to delivery, guiding a roadmap that improves clinician efficiency and coding accuracy at the point of care.

You'll work with engineering, Clinical AI/ML, and GTM teams, focusing on CPT coding, E/M levels, and writeback to Epic workflows, with a goal of moving toward autonomous coding while preserving compliance and value realization for health systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to earn trust of experts in healthcare domain.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define ambulatory coding roadmap starting with primary care and expand to more code families.
• Collaborate with clinicians, coders, and revenue-cycle teams to document, code, review, and bill encounters.
• Own clinician and coding-team experience from visit recommendations through Epic writeback.
• Partner with Engineering, Clinical AI, and GTM teams to improve accuracy and coverage of codes.
• Evaluate coding accuracy and determine when human review is needed versus autonomous processing.
