Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, design team.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and strategy for AI platform and Agent evaluation within the IAM platform.
• Lead AI platform initiatives to drive AI observability and improve AI agents quality.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Applied AI, Data, and other PMs to deliver cohesive agentic experiences.
• Engage with customers to understand how they leverage and assess AI agents today.
• Measure success with a data‑driven mindset, instrumenting key workflows and iterating based on usage and insights.
