Docusign is seeking a Senior AI Specialist for Partner Digital Transformation & Success to lead AI-driven programs with our global partner ecosystem. You will design, implement, and scale AI solutions that accelerate partner transformation and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with partners, internal teams, and customers to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, business-focused strategies.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in AI and related domains.
Experience with agentic AI development and delivering business-impacting AI solutions.
Experience across AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience designing and deploying agentic AI platforms to improve partner engagement.

Responsibilities

Serve as AI SME for Partner Digital Transformation & Success team.
Translate AI capabilities into actionable partner strategies for business impact.
Design and deliver AI solution strategies aligned to transformation journeys.
Collaborate with partners to develop AI-enabled use cases and prototypes.
Influence AI roadmaps by analyzing partner needs and market trends.
Drive adoption of AI-powered tools across the partner ecosystem.
Support field, product, and engineering teams to execute AI initiatives globally.
