Job summary

TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a Workforce Management platform covering paid time off and time and labor management solutions. You will shape AI-enabled capabilities and partner across teams to deliver scalable, trusted experiences.

This role focuses on strategic execution, data-driven decision making, and driving measurable business outcomes through AI-powered WFM products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product design & development
• 5+ years of direct product management experience
• 2+ years of experience building AI solutions (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for WFM Paid Time Off and Time & Labor capabilities.
• Translates business goals into concrete product strategy and tactical plans.
• Manages full product life cycle from planning to delivery.
• Conducts market research and stakeholder discussions to identify requirements.
• Prioritizes AI-driven opportunities within Workforce Management domains.
