Job summary

Equals 5, a US-based healthcare AdTech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own integrations with major ad platforms. You will lead a small team, translate business needs into specs, and drive roadmap with AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate directly with company leadership, work fully remotely with flexible hours, and influence product strategy across EU-east compensation contexts. Experience in AdTech and regulated industries is valued.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience owning technical products and roadmaps.
Hands-on with digital advertising platforms, campaigns, and attribution.
Experience with AdTech/MarTech or media buying.
Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency.
Experience leading software teams with Agile/Scrum and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and integrations with major advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Drive launches of new channel integrations; improve automation, data sync, accuracy, and scalability.
Translate business requirements into clear specs, user stories, and priorities.
Lead delivery for a team of up to 5 specialists with engineers, QA, and Tech Lead.
Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product documentation.
Research ad tech trends, identify opportunities, and propose improvements; leverage AI tools in workflows.
