Reddit is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Ads ML Platform to own the infrastructure and tooling that powers our ads marketplace. You will define the platform vision and roadmap to enable high-velocity ML development and deployment.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science and Ads Product teams to deliver scalable features, drive adoption, and measure impact on performance and cost efficiency. This role supports a fully remote arrangement with multiple office options.

Qualifications

• Experienced product manager with focus internal technical products, developer tools, data/ML platforms, and/or ads and content ranking.
• Deeply analytical and highly technical background; comfortable with complex data systems and the ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring).
• Genuine passion for machine learning and AI; stays current with ML research papers and industry trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills; translate constraints (GPU scheduling, latency budgets) into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong communication; translate technical requirements to business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: Shape long-term strategy and roadmap for Reddit’s Ads ML platform and adopt cutting-edge tech (Generative AI, LLM workflows).
• Accelerate Velocity: Build tooling that reduces friction for MLEs and Data Scientists to train, deploy, and iterate models quickly.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Ads Product teams to deliver scalable infrastructure.
• Drive Execution and Adoption: Own KPIs around platform reliability, latency, cost-efficiency, usage, and developer productivity.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Monitor ML ecosystem and apply new architectures to Reddit’s Ads ML platform.
• Distill pain points into requirements: conduct user research and convert needs into precise product requirements.
