Job summary

Dropzone AI, a 100% remote cybersecurity company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own two squads: Integrations and Platform, driving time-to-coverage for customers from contract to self-serve operations. You will define problems, shape solutions, and own success metrics with a senior, IC role reporting to Head of Product.

You will lead discovery with SOC analysts and MSSP operators, prioritize work, and ensure governance and security controls are embedded in every release while collaborating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in platform/infrastructure-adjacent product with technical customers.
• Experience shipping in security, observability, data infrastructure, or related domains.
• Demonstrated discovery practice and ability to justify decisions.
• Track record of outcome-based roadmaps and measurable customer impact.
• Strong written communication and ability to influence non-attendees.

Responsibilities

• Lead two cross-functional trios with engineering and design, owning customer problems and outcomes for each squad.
• Engage SOC analysts, MSSP operators, and platform admins weekly to understand needs.
• Define and instrument metrics to show coverage of a customer’s signal estate.
• Manage integration prioritization by reconciling requests into a stack-ranked plan.
• Decide which integrations to build or partner with and document reasoning.
• Turn admin, tenant, audit, and access workflows into self-serve product features with governance controls.
• Own the response-action surface with a maturity model: recommend, preview, approve, execute, verify, learn.
• Ship in small increments, measure impact, and assign a validation owner.
• Contribute to the product operating model and discovery practices at Dropzone.
