Job summary

Harnham is hiring a Director of Product Management to own strategy and execution across audience solutions, data infrastructure, and programmatic infrastructure. You will work with engineering, ML, and executives to shape sophisticated platforms powering real-time decisioning.

We seek a technically strong leader with a track record of delivering complex products in AdTech, ability to mentor PMs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Remote across the US, with New York preference.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM leadership in AdTech, preferably SSP or DSP backgrounds.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, RTB, and ad tech.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical products.
• Exposure to data science or ML concepts is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and ML teams; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across core AdTech platform capabilities.
• Lead development in audience curation, data infrastructure, and decisioning.
• Partner with engineering and ML teams to build scalable products.
• Drive innovation in data ingestion, measurement, and model orchestration.
• Lead and mentor a small PM team while delivering hands-on.
