Job summary

Equals 5, a US-based Healthcare AdTech company, is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and drive integrations with major advertising platforms. You will lead a small team, translate business needs into specs, and partner with engineers, QA, and a Tech Lead to ship scalable solutions.

You will work in a remote, flexible environment with direct exposure to company leadership and a focus on automation, AI-assisted workflows, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Product Management with ownership of technical products.
• Practical understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaigns, audience targeting, and attribution.
• Experience leading software development teams and working with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and develop integrations with major advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Drive launches of new channel integrations and improve existing ones for automation, data sync, accuracy, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specs, user stories, and priorities.
• Lead delivery for a team of up to 5 specialists, collaborating with engineers, QA, and a Tech Lead.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, product documents, and delivery processes.
• Proactively research advertising technologies, identify opportunities, and propose improvements based on industry trends.
• Leverage AI agents to streamline research, documentation, analysis, and development workflows.
