Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Superintendent - Plumbing to oversee commercial plumbing installations and rough‑ins on projects nationwide. You will lead crews, coordinate with trades, and ensure code‑compliant, reliable systems that support efficient building operations.

The role emphasizes safety, mentorship of journeymen and apprentices, and site leadership to deliver high‑quality results across our nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial plumbing installation with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED; plumbing license/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and drains per plans and codes.
• Manage crew assignments, material deliveries, and daily progress to meet milestones.
• Enforce safety standards, perform hazard analyses, lead toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with HVAC/electrical trades for sequencing and conflict avoidance.
• Conduct inspections, testing (pressure/hydrostatic), and punch list resolution.
• Mentor plumbers and apprentices on techniques, safety, and best practices.
