Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Foreman III – Plumbing to lead commercial plumbing crews on diverse projects. You will supervise installation, repair, and commissioning of plumbing systems, while upholding safety, quality, and productivity.

Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and crews to meet schedule and budget targets. The role emphasizes mentoring junior plumbers, preparing takeoffs, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance with crew leadership.
• Journeyman license or ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; OSHA 30-hour certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a plumbing crew on daily tasks per project specs and codes.
• Provide training, direction, and quality workmanship on site.
• Coordinate scheduling, material control, and on-site progress tracking.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks and hazard assessments.
• Prepare weekly reports and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Mentor crew members and maintain professional communication with project teams.
