Modigent is seeking a Superintendent - Plumbing to lead commercial plumbing installations, supervise crews, and ensure code-compliant, reliable systems on site. You will coordinate with trades, manage logistics, and uphold safety and quality across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in commercial plumbing installation, including 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; plumbing license/certification preferred.
• OSHA/PPE compliance essential—safety is top priority.
• Field-based work; lift/carry 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drains, and medical gas (if applicable) per plans and codes.
• Manage crew assignments, material deliveries, and daily progress to meet schedule milestones.
• Enforce safety standards, perform job hazard analyses, and lead toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, electrical) for sequencing and conflict avoidance.
• Conduct inspections, testing (pressure/hydrostatic), and punch list resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with plumbing codes, and document work.
• Mentor plumbers and apprentices on techniques, safety, and best practices.
