Qualifications

• Must be local to the area.
• Familiar with state building and Plumbing codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC or Plumbing Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects ($50k to $30M+).
• Strong knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, Estimate, and Manage HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve: schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs.
