Local candidate with knowledge of Texas building codes.
Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
5+ years of experience with HVAC/Plumbing contractors on large commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of BlueBeam, MS Project, MS Office, and QuickPen/Accubid.

Responsibilities

Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
Find, Estimate, and Manage HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
Manage and approve schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders, select and monitor subs.
