Responsibilities include mentoring project engineers, managing projects from estimation to execution, maintaining relationships with general contractors and owners, and ensuring on-time material delivery and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC or Plumbing Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects (50k to $30M+).
• Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
• Strong knowledge of BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office; Quickpen/Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, Estimate, and Manage HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve: schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs.
