Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC/Plumbing contractors on large commercial projects.
• Familiar with building codes and standards.
• Proficient in BlueBeam, MS Project, and MS Office or Quickpen/Accubid.
• Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor project engineers and field crew.
• Find, estimate, and manage HVAC/Plumbing construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and ensure on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders and supervise subs.

Education
