You will mentor project engineers and field crews, manage HVAC/plumbing projects, and maintain relationships with GCs and owners, coordinating pricing and materials delivery, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subs.

Qualifications

• Requires local candidate with 3+ years of experience in HVAC or Plumbing on large commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction is required.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, Estimate, and Manage HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve: schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs.
