Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer to join our Northeast practice. You will design a broad range of plumbing systems from conceptual design through construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, collaborating with a multidisciplinary design team.

With 5+ years of plumbing design experience and CPD preferred, you’ll help ensure code compliance and timely delivery while communicating clearly with clients and project managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Drafting/Design from an accredited college or technical school.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant plumbing design experience.
• CPD credential is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the design team from conceptual design through construction documents on plumbing systems.
• Develop conceptual design options and finalize construction documents with client input.
• Produce plumbing design documents using Revit; include calculations and specifications.
• Organize project requirements with minimal direction.
• Ensure knowledge of codes and regulatory requirements for plumbing design.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize assignments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs; provide responses.
• Perform site observations to ensure design intent is met.
