The role ensures systems meet IPC, UFC, and contract standards while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and government personnel. The ideal candidate has a valid plumbing license and 10+ years in plumbing installation, inspection, and commissioning, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Valid Plumbing License is required.
• Experience with IPC/UFC and federal plumbing standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand IPC and UFC requirements for each project.
• Attend meetings to discuss work features and project success.
• Review plans and perform hand reviews with team members.
• Schedule and perform plumbing inspections across facilities.
• Ensure installations comply with codes and contract requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports with corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Provide guidance to improve practices, design, and installation.
• Schedule final acceptance tests of plumbing systems.
• Review submittals and RFIs for completeness and accuracy.
• Support field changes and scope reviews as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
