Qualifications

• Experience reviewing construction plans and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect plumbing systems on federal construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with IPC, UFC, and contract requirements.
• Review submittals and provide technical comments.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and DoD representatives.
• Conduct final acceptance tests of plumbing systems.
