Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of field experience or an associate/bachelor degree with 5+ years in a related field.
• Independent field capability on highly complex assignments and strong field leadership.
• Experience with low/medium voltage switchgear, paralleling switchgear, and protective relays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute complex field assignments involving Paralleling Switchgear and PLC/Relay transfer schemes.
• Lead functional testing of emergency power systems and manage on-site teams and schedules.
• Configure and troubleshoot generator controls, relays, PLCs, HMIs, and communications.
• Prepare field service reports, checklists, and customer status updates.
