Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience racking infrastructure hardware (Dell, Hewlett Packard).
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper‑V/Nutanix, and storage systems.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud integrations.
• Backup/recovery experience with Rubrik.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise cloud/ data center projects.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance platform and system performance.
• Develop and improve troubleshooting procedures, minimize downtime, and document processes.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing with automated, resilient platforms.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous infrastructure improvements.
• Design and configure complex platforms across data centers, cloud, containers, and edge tech.
• Drive modernization strategies, governance, and cross‑functional initiatives.
