Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience with server hardware (Dell/HP).
- Experience with Linux, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix.
- Experience with cloud integrations (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with backup/recovery strategies (Rubrik).
- Led large-scale initiatives or transformations.
- Operates in regulated/complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize platform/system performance.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Develop automated, observable platforms with backup and cybersecurity.
- Guide cross-functional programs and vendor partnerships.
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
