Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience racking infrastructure hardware (Dell, HP, or equivalents).
- Experience with server infrastructure (Linux/Windows, VMware/Hyper‑V/Nutanix, storage).
- Experience designing cloud integrations (Azure, AWS) and disaster recovery capabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify performance bottlenecks; analyze root causes; implement solutions to optimize platform and system performance.
- Lead cross‑functional programs and vendor partnerships; align initiatives with business goals.
- Design disaster recovery and backup strategies; ensure automated, observable platforms with strong cybersecurity practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge bases; mentor engineers and promote cross‑team collaboration.
