Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Dell, Hewlett Packard, or similar hardware.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper‑V/Nutanix, and storage systems.
• Experience in cloud integrations (Azure, AWS) and backup/recovery (Rubrik).
• Experience in regulated or complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize platform performance.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident resolution, and documentation.
• Design disaster recovery plans and conduct testing.
• Build automated, observable platforms with strong backup and cybersecurity practices.
