Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate Fellow, Platform, Scale & Innovation Packaging, a senior technical leader who will identify, develop, connect, and scale packaging technologies across brands and sites to enable breakthrough packaging solutions.

This role partners with R&I, Packaging Development, suppliers, and manufacturing to translate consumer needs into scalable platforms, AI-enabled tooling, and cross-brand capabilities that accelerate innovation and improve sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS degree in Packaging Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in cosmetic package development.
• Concentrated experience in prestige beauty industry with development in color, fragrance, skin care and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging technology and platform recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for shared and scalable packaging solutions.
• Act as technical mentor and knowledge resource for Packaging Development professionals.
• Influence technical and business decisions balancing consumer desirability, feasibility, sustainability, cost and speed to market.
