Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Manager of Global Packaging Development in New York to lead multiple packaging projects from concept to launch. You will partner with Marketing, Design, Product Development, and Sustainability teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective packaging that protects brand identity and enhances consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging or engineering or design-related field.
• 5+ years experience in cosmetic package development.
• Experience in beauty industry with proven development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex packaging development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Translate brand strategy into packaging solutions in collaboration with Marketing, Design, and R&I.
• Drive sustainability, cost, and manufacturability considerations in packaging decisions.
• Coach junior staff and build organizational capability within Packaging Development.
• Own technical documentation, testing, and supplier coordination.
