• Lead multiple packaging development programs from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product Development, R&I, GSM, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Sustainability.
• Drive innovation while balancing cost, sustainability, and time-to-market.
• Coach and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts.
