The Associate Fellow will connect consumer insights, emerging technologies, and supplier capabilities to create scalable packaging solutions that can be deployed across multiple brands and markets. Based at our Melville-area facilities, this role champions digital tooling, AI-enabled simulations, and enterprise-scale packaging

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging consumer needs and translate them into innovative product-and-package systems.
• Develop scalable packaging architectures to support multiple brands and markets.
• Lead or support advanced technical investigations where traditional approaches fail.
• Apply engineering principles, modeling, simulation, prototyping, testing to accelerate learning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with R&I, Product Development, Design, Packaging Development, Marketing, Consumer Insights and suppliers to translate early ideas into viable concepts.
• Maintain visibility of Melville Technical Center capabilities and connect them to brand needs.
• Champion new digital and AI-enabled ways of working within packaging development.
