Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Platform Product Owner II to maximize the value of assigned enterprise platforms and drive platform strategy across the organization. You will partner with executives, Product Line Managers, and technical teams to lead governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership, experience with enterprise SaaS, and strong Agile practices.

Qualifications

5+ years in product ownership or product management.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and adoption metrics.
Strong understanding of Agile/Lean and backlog management.
Knowledge of security, privacy, data governance, and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead platform strategy, vision, and roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
Define adoption metrics and measure business impact for continuous improvement.
Own platform lifecycle: evaluation, implementation, release, retirement.
Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Create functional specs, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting docs.
Prioritize work based on value, risk, effort, and dependencies.
Govern platform templates, reusable assets, and standards across teams.
Coordinate scope of custom development and integrations with partners.
Drive cross-functional delivery with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
Manage vendor relationships, renewals, SLAs, and quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate upgrades, release planning, testing, and communications.
