Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership or management for platform initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and adoption measurement.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy, vision, and roadmaps with executives and PLMs.
• Define adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement across platforms.
• Own full platform lifecycle from evaluation to retirement planning.
• Gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and translate needs into epics.
• Create functional specs, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Coordinate platform templates, assets, and governance standards.
• Scope custom development and integration with vendors and teams.
• Manage cross-functional delivery with internal teams and contractors.
• Oversee vendor relations, renewals, and QBRs.
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, testing, and communications.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and governance with teams.
