Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in enterprise applications or tech leadership.
• 5+ years partnering with corporate strategy and executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and aligning investments to objectives.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, reporting, security, and governance.
• Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in digital analytics, data, and AI for business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology relationship manager for Finance, HR, and operations.
• Develop strategic capability roadmaps aligning priorities with investments.
• Translate market trends into actionable vendor and platform guidance.
• Identify AI, automation, analytics, and reporting opportunities.
• Drive portfolio planning, governance, and value realization.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendors to guide investments.
• Build business cases and strategic plans for corporate initiatives.
• Lead governance forums and roadmap discussions with stakeholders.
• Champion change management and adoption for new initiatives.
• Monitor investments with KPIs and dashboards for outcomes.
• Develop workforce strategies and vendor partnerships.
