Job summary

Tremendous is a fully remote platform powering thousands of payouts for clients worldwide. We’re seeking a Senior PM to own the Platform team’s roadmap, tackle security and AI infra, and collaborate with senior engineers to drive architectural decisions.

You will report to the Head of Product and work with stakeholders to translate long-term strategy into concrete roadmaps, all within our async, meeting-free culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience on a platform team (infrastructure, platform, security, data, etc).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability; comfortable with architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• PM the Platform team end-to-end, owning security issues, AI infra, data/compliance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers to discuss architecture, tradeoffs and implementation details.
• Own the product roadmap, resolving ambiguity and framing problems for the team.
• Frame problems and explain the why behind solutions to engineers and designers.
• Research and analyze user interviews, market data and competitive intel to guide decisions.
