Job summary

Tremendous is a globally remote platform enabling broad payouts. We’re growing fast and creating new product areas. You will own problems, not just run a squad, and you'll investigate where a squad is warranted, then staff or build lean teams as appropriate.

You’ll carry one to two projects at a time, guiding research, roadmaps, and shovel-ready specs. A 6+ year track record and strong written communication help you succeed here, with base pay of $250k–$325k and equity, all while working

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
• Experience turning ambiguous opportunities into prioritized roadmaps.
• Strong written communication and ability to persuade senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own new product areas before they have a team and develop a thesis, research, size the opportunity, and make a recommendation.
• Turn research into shovel-ready work: briefs, prototypes, and specs for squads to build.
• Move quickly using AI to dig through data and test ideas with customers.
• Lead projects that may not require a full squad and step in when needed.
