Job summary

Tremendous is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Platform team. You will own infrastructure, security, and internal tooling while shaping roadmaps and collaborating with engineers and designers in a highly technical product area.

You’ll report to the Head of Product and operate in Tremendous’s async, remote-friendly culture. Expect complex problem solving and close cross-functional partnership to ship high-impact platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience on a platform team (infrastructure, platform, security, data, etc).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability.
• Strong product intuition for transforming problems into solutions.
• Ability to translate long-term strategy and backlog into roadmaps.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• PM the Platform team end-to-end, handling security issues, AI infrastructure, data/compliance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers to discuss architecture, trade-offs, and implementation details.
• Frame problems and explain why they matter to guide engineers and designers.
• Manage the team’s product roadmap and resolve ambiguity.
• Conduct research from user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
