Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization. You will lead platform capabilities powering RelativityOne, guiding automation, security primitives, cloud infrastructure, and AI-extensibility with a strong technical team and cross-functional partners.

You will own the roadmap, drive structured discovery, and define success metrics. The role emphasizes platform reliability, governance, and developer-focused outcomes in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management, across multiple lifecycle stages, including incubation, migration or adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver through ambiguity with clear scope and hard prioritization.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products—APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives, or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform architecture (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled platform patterns.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices, including AI-powered SDLC contexts.
• Data-driven, using metrics to set goals, size bets, and guide product health.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active user of AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, draft specs, and accelerate work.
• Mentoring junior product managers and contributing to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery and iterative improvement.
• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact and dependencies.
• Define done criteria, triage quarterly features, and document rationale to maintain momentum.
• Run structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and other stakeholders to surface issues and validate ideas.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality and platform reliability for customers and engineers.
• Balance discovery vs. adoption when launching new capabilities or scaling existing ones.
• Translate platform concepts into clear implications for developers, users, and buyers.
• Lead through influence across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
