EliseAI is seeking a Senior Platform Operations Engineer to lead strategic, high-impact projects that scale our operations and product capabilities. You’ll bridge Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, owning critical business systems and driving automation and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes Python proficiency, scalable architecting, and hands-on collaboration in a fast-growing SaaS environment with in-person office presence 4-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling technical solutions with Python.
• Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles.
• Experience working cross-functionally to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Startup mindset with ownership, urgency, and pragmatism in shipping solutions.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to work in person at our offices 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional technical projects and own, optimize, and build upon product and operations systems.
• Conduct deep discovery on stakeholder needs to enhance automation, analytics, and scalability.
• Collaborate with customers on how we can best support them at key milestones.
• Continuously ship new features in an environment deploying 100+ times per day.
• Balance speed and quality while iterating production systems.
• Evaluate, select, and tune new technologies based on requirements.
• Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
